PUBLIC INFORMATION

As of 21.04.2020, our fleet vessel “MT Aziz Torlak” has been successfully re-floated from the sandy seabed where she had grounded at the entrance of the Port of Dakhla and she is waiting for the routine berthing prospect to discharge her cargo.

At the end of this unfortunate process, we are so glad to inform that, there has been NO damage to any personnels, vessel, cargo or environment.

As Torlak Ship Management,  we declare that, the subject accident is being analysed with all details and all precautions will be taken immediately in time on fleet-wide to avoid re-occurances of all similiar accidents.

We would like to thank all Our Crew, local Authorities, Insurance Companies, Cargo Subsidiaries and All Our Friends who supported us during this period.

We wish to notify that MT  “AZIZ TORLAK”, belonging to our fleet, grounded on 10th April 2020 at the entrance of Dakhla port,

There is no risk to the safety of the maritime navigation and to the marine environment. All measures  has been taken by for the refloating of vessel.

There is no a structural failure , crew injury , sea pollution, or cargo contamination.

Ship’s Hull And Machinery Insurer , PandI Club , Class Society and Administration have been advised accordingly. Her Insurance Policies are valid and all  Risk Assessments are in place.

Further developments will be reported.
